Why am I on cuecapture.io?

Salt River Brass uses this CueCapture-hosted ticketing site for Sounds of Gold. Stripe processes the payment for Salt River Brass. You enter payment details on Stripe’s checkout page.

Buying for a group

Enter one primary contact’s name and email, then choose the number of admissions. One ticket and QR code cover the whole party. Staff can check in members separately if they arrive at different times.

Finding your ticket

After payment, the confirmation page opens your ticket. You can save or print it. Your ticket email comes from Salt River Brass Tickets <noreply@cuecapture.io>.

If the email is missing, check spam or junk and keep the confirmation page available. Use the “Open your ticket” button if your email app hides the QR image. Contact SRB before purchasing again for the same party.

At the concert

Show the QR code on your phone or a printout. Door staff can also find your reservation by the primary contact’s name or confirmation code. Keep your ticket link private because it grants access to your party’s ticket.

Changes, refunds, or other questions

Contact Salt River Brass with the primary contact’s name and confirmation code. SRB handles event and refund requests. The sending address is not a support inbox.
